Hey, friend! Thank you so much for joining me for the recap of my recent video on graphics to consider designing when developing your brand. I am your girl, Tiff, the hostess with the mostess of the Life Unscripted podcast by Organized Energy. If you haven't checked it out yet, what are you waiting for? Please do subscribe and give it a listen. I am also an author and have a line of books, products, and services under the title "Is This Thing On? Your Super Simple Guide to Planning, Launching, and Scaling Your Podcast." It's perfect for thought leaders, organizational leaders, and anyone with a story to tell and expertise to share. If you're passionate about something and want to brand yourself, market your products or services, or build a community, this guide is for you.
Today, I want to share a tip from one of the supplements to my book. It's called the Desktop Action and Accountability Tool. Think of it as an abbreviated, quick notes version of the book. This tool is perfect for those who want a quick summary of the action items from each chapter. So, if you're wondering where to begin after reading the book, this tool will help you. It's designed to be used daily, with each page offering a small action step that will gradually move you closer to your goals as you develop your brand.
Let's chat about which graphics you might want to consider designing as you begin to develop your brand.
Remember, you are a brand! It doesn't matter if you have a business or not. Whatever you want to be known for, whatever story you want to share, whatever expertise you possess, are part of your brand. Whether you're a professional, a thought leader, an organizational leader, a collector (be it postage stamps, rocks, or otherwise!), or an enthusiast, you can establish yourself as an authority in your field.
So, as you develop your brand strategy and aesthetics, here are some graphics you might want to create. Some you can do yourself, while others you might want to outsource to save time. Let's dive in!
1. Bio: Create a compelling bio that tells people who you are and what you're about. This is especially important if you're a leader, author, podcaster, or small business owner.
2. Brand Design Guidelines/Mood Board: Use these guidelines to establish the colors, fonts, imagery, vibes, and experiences that represent your brand. It helps designers and ensures consistency.
3. Podcast Cover Art: Design an eye-catching cover for your podcast. This is what people will see when browsing streaming platforms.
4. Book Cover Design: If you're aspiring to write a book, invest in a captivating cover design that grabs readers' attention.
5. Digital Email Signature: Ensure your email signature aligns with your brand. It should look professional and reflect your story, expertise, and passion.
6. Graphics for Videos: Consider creating trailers, thumbnails, and banners for your videos. Visuals make a big impact.
7. Social Media Profile Graphics: Design a profile image and banners that represent your brand on various social media platforms.
8. Templates for Content Posting: Create templates that reflect your brand for easy content posting on social media.
9. Logo: A logo is a crucial part of your brand identity. Design a logo that embodies your brand's essence.
10. Business Cards
11. Brochures
12. Rack Cards
13. Signage
14. Branded Merch
15. Landing Page
16. Media Kit
